WHO IS LEON LANE
My name is Nicole Kerr. I am a 21 year old fun, happy, go-lucky gal. I have grown up in Salt Lake City, Utah. I have a love hate relationship living in Utah. Summer here is amazing, but winter here is absolutely dreadful. I am surrounded by an amazing group of people. My family and friends are everything to me. My family consists of my Mom, Dad, and Sister, as well as my amazing boyfriend Trevin, and his great family. These wonderful people are the reasons I have taken the jump and started this blog. They were the major motivation for me to start sharing my tips and tricks on writing, health, food (Amen!), and beauty. I'm happy to start sharing all of this fun info with all of you, instead of filling my family and friends head with way too much information that I can now give to all of you!
ABOUT MY ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
I am a Senior at SUU studying Communications. I am very passionate about Communication. Communicating in our day in age is very important- Its surrounds every part of our lives. Social media has become a huge platform, and I believe learning how to communicate over social media will benefit you in every way. I hope one day to use this degree to become a Communications professor at a university, and have the opportunity to teach students about such an important topic.
PASSIONS & MY WHY
I am very passionate about writing, health, food, beauty and helping others-- These are all of the reasons I have decided to create this blog. Health has always been a huge part of my life. Starting at a young age I played basketball, and soccer. Through high school I played these varsity sports. Once I graduated high school I began weight lifting and being a gym rat. With that came a large form of hunger. I wanted to balance a healthy lifestyle with being a foodie. Eating and living a healthy lifestyle can be done, and I want to help you with it! Along with health, beauty has always been a large interest of mine. Learning new beauty hacks, and new fashion trends have always been a large passion of mine. I want Leon Lane to be something everyone can relate to. I hope the reader is able to find something in my writing that they feel a personal connection with, and hopefully learn a couple of fun tips and tricks while their at it.
